What is the difference between a “Hobby Box” and “Retail” products?
Hobby boxes are specifically designed for collectors and are typically only available through authorized hobby shops. They generally offer a higher probability of “hits,” such as autographs, memorabilia cards, and rare parallels, which are often not found in retail products sold at big-box stores.
Are your products factory sealed?
Yes. Every hobby box, case, and pack we sell is guaranteed to be 100% factory sealed and untampered with. We source our inventory through reputable channels to ensure the integrity of every “rip.”
Do you guarantee specific cards or “hits”?
No. While hobby boxes offer higher odds for rare cards, the specific contents of a sealed box are determined entirely by the manufacturer. RipTo cannot guarantee any specific cards, autographs, or grades within a sealed product.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We prioritize secure packaging to ensure your hobby boxes arrive in pristine condition.
Where do you ship?
Currently, RipTo specializes in serving collectors within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the service selected at checkout, but we work diligently to get your boxes on their way as quickly as possible so you can start ripping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items that remain in their original, factory-sealed condition. To maintain the integrity of our inventory for all collectors, we cannot accept returns for any hobby box where the shrink wrap or seal has been broken or tampered with.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds back to your original payment method. This typically takes 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Because we secure specific allocations for pre-orders, these are generally considered final. Please refer to our Pre-Order Policy for full details regarding cancellations and market price fluctuations.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package shows significant damage upon arrival, please take photos before opening it and contact us immediately at contactsupport@Ripto.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
