At RipTo, we understand that when you secure a new hobby box, you want it delivered quickly and safely. We are committed to providing a transparent and efficient shipping process for collectors throughout the United States. Our policies are designed to meet Google Merchant Center requirements, ensuring you have clear expectations from checkout to delivery.
1. Shipment Processing Time
We strive to get your products on their way as fast as possible.
Processing Window: All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days.
Daily Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will typically begin processing the same day.
Weekend/Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a major new release), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.
3. Domestic Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We also ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, though delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard estimates.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your hobby box’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Packaging and Protection
As collectors ourselves, we know that the condition of the hobby box is vital. Every order is packed with care using protective materials (such as bubble wrap or sturdy cardboard inserts) to prevent shifting and damage during transit. Our goal is to ensure your “hits” arrive in pristine condition.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
RipTo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

7. Pre-Order Shipping
