We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to transit or if the incorrect item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at our support address.
